This place lacks basic services you expect from a hotel. I felt completely isolated as there was no one to assist me during my stay. The lack of English television and difficulty in communication made everything more frustrating.

Perfect spot for a chill getaway
This place is super cozy with comfy beds and nice linens. Branca at the front desk is a gem—her cappuccinos are a must-try! The location's prime for sightseeing, although parking wasn’t easy to find. The lift is a lifesaver for carrying bags up. Check out the bakery next door for a treat.
